In juli en augustus verhuren we voor minstens 1 week en enkel van zaterdag tot zaterdag.
Indien het landhuis niet in zijn geheel verhuurd wordt, kunnen de afzonderlijke vakantiewoningen ook apart gehuurd worden. Dan is het zwembad voor gemeenschappelijk gebruik. Voor aparte verhuur gelden de volgende voorwaarden:

Colline di Rafael is located in the heart of Italy, in the region Umbria, but close to Tuscany and Lazio . This place combines the best of these three worlds: the authentic character of the medieval villages in Umbria, the natural character of the Tuscan landscape full of rolling hills with vineyards and olive groves and the Southern character of Lazio, the epicenter of the glorious Roman and Italian culture.
The domain is close to Lake Trasimeno . This environment is protected because of its natural resources. It is nice to visit the islands with children or to go out on the water. Around the lake you will find a number of beautiful and cozy villages (Passignano sul Trasimeno, Castiglione del lago, San Feliciano…). Here you can enjoy shopping, shopping or drink a glass of Aperol spritz or prosecco while the sun sets over the lake.
The immediate vicinity of Colline di Rafael is characterized by beautiful medieval villages belonging to the 'borghi più belli d'Italia', such as Panicale, Chiusi, Città delle pieve,… Further east you will also find Assisi, Spello, Spoleto, Trevi, Deruta (ceramic). This is an automatically operated cable car with a gondola every minute that takes you to the heart of the city in fifteen minutes. It is also possible to park and then take the escalators that take you to the rocca Paulina, an underground system of corridors, which leads to the piazza d'Italia, where the shopping street also begins.
More to the south is the city of Orvieto . It is completely carved in tuff. The city is characterized by the beautiful Duomo. The surrounding narrow streets are bustling with cozy shops and bars.
The landscape in the area is wide and varied, with views over the lake, vineyards, olive groves and sunflower fields. There are also many beautiful and mysterious gardens to discover in the vicinity of Colline di Rafael, such as 'La Scarzuola', 'Parco dei Mostri', 'La Foce' (where the final of 20 years de Mol in the Netherlands was recorded) and the renaissance gardens of 'villa Lante' in Bagnaia.
